What does being a partnered Artist of PopLANtis mean for me?
We Store Your Merch!
We store, count, ship, and manage your merch for you in our collective storage. You can ship us as much or as little as you please!
Stock is managed in time blocks of seasons.
A season is equal to three months:
- Jan – Mar
- Apr – Jun
- Jul – Sep
- Oct – Dec
Storing your merch with us for a season has a different rate depending on the amount of merch you store with us and the size of the items.
These rates cover the costs of mailing merch out to TOs.
Rates scale with size and quantity to allocate for the sizes of packages sent out to LANs nationwide.
Smaller sizes and quantities of merch bottom out at a minimum of $30 per season. This minimum rate will cover for 1 sqft of space.
For larger amounts of merch or bigger items, rental rates instead start at $15 per month with an additional $10 fee per sqft taken up. Ideally as you sell more, you pay less!
We offer multiple ways of paying your rental fees. For any questions or concerns, please contact us!
We Connect You To LANs!
We’ve partnered with LANs across the US to provide TOs an easy way to set up Artist Alley!
Partnering LANs place “orders” for their events through contacting our staff. Staff will ship items depending on the wants of TOs and the size of the LAN.
LANs receive the “pop-up-shop” order with merch, display, and checkout tools. Everything has been set-up so the only thing TOs need is a cashier!
Pop-LANtis was made with artist who are unable to travel in mind.
If you can travel, you can contact our staff to get involved with the cashier side of Pop-LANtis. Attending a LAN as a cashier has benefits for your sales profits as well!
This option is great for anyone new to vending and wanting experience!
Cashiers will be reimbursed by our staff after the LAN event has concluded and remaining stock sent back to us. Your storage rates help contribute to paying these cashiers for their time and work

We Pay you!
At the end of every event, staff will receive the remaining merch and take stock of what sold. We’ve calculated out the consignment fee, paychecks will be sent out to each artist reflecting the amount of merch sold! Our current consignment rate is 70% to you and 30% to paying cashiers, shipping, and other costs!
We write up a personal report every season! Your report will tell you what sells best, when and where it sold, and how many you sold. This can help inform decisions on what you restock or any new products you want to make!

Payment distribution can be done through one of several options:

- Wire Transfer
- PayPal
Please note that PayPal will take out a set amount of your paycheck in fees! Pop-LANtis is unable to cover for these fees
